Admin Officer

 We are Hiring Female Admin Officer!!!!

Location : Calicut
Salary : 15k +

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with Clients.
  • Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times and planning .
  • Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
  • Assists in planning and arranging events.
  • Manages reception area and looks after visitors
  • Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
  • Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents.
  • Presentation of information regarding about the firm to the clients.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Presentation skills
  • Basic computer knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₹15,000.00 per month
